Communication Intern

We are looking for a brand communication manager to increase Bambaw’s notoriety and establish Bambaw as a community-driven, leading brand in the zero-waste market

You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure that a consistent, desirable message is conveyed through all the company's communications channels.

Key responsibilities:

  • Refine and adapt the brand strategy for short and long term
  • Handle the planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Writing engaging content for use on media and channels and communication channels
  • Collaborating with internal and external content creators to create multi-lingual marketing collateral to establish and maintain the Bambaw branding
  • Ensure verbal, visual, and written communications across all channels and countries embed the Bambaw DNA
  • Collaborate with PR agencies to set media outreach strategies
  • Building and growing the brand through strategic customer engagement
  • Being and ambassador of the brand internally and externally
  • Reporting based on KPI’s and performance

At the end of the first year, success would mean to have revised Bambaw’s branding strategy, doubled the community size, increased our Brand Engagement KPI by 25%, be in collaboration with strategically chosen agencies in the selected markets.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar function
  • Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills.
  • Passionate marketeer and storyteller
  • Current in-depth knowledge of social media channels, best practice, and emerging trends
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Strategical thinking to determines opportunities and threats through comprehensive analysis of current and future trends
  • Ability to manage a team and plan efficiently
  • Bilingual (EN -FR) and good command of another languages is a plus
  • Sustainability-minded
  • Team player
